08-D: “Rail & Sail: RiverBarge on Illinois River.” Ride Amtrak to St. Louis; board the deluxe River Explorer (4 shore excursions, nightly onboard entertainment, 21 meals), sail to Peoria/back to St. Louis; Amtrak back to Chicago.
